Our Promise To You

Our repairing of this device comes with a warranty for workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date indicated. 

This warranty does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Warranty Information

Proof of purchase may be required to proceed with a warranty claim. Failure to provide this may cause delays in the warranty process. Please Note: For Smartphone Repairs, the Firmware and OS are updated resulting in the deletion of any data stored on the phone. Please ensure you have your own back up, this is a Samsung requirement.


Any faults detected that are not covered under the "Manufacturer's Warranty" terms and conditions will incur the minimum billing rate. Any further chargeable work will only be carried out on approval of the customer/client. Examples of such non-warranty faults: cleaning, software, viruses, spillage, impact damage. It is the responsibility of the owner to back up any data prior to the computer being logged in. We in no way warranty the integrity or safety of the data.

Three Months

Should these goods not be collected within three months from the date on this form, Connect NZ Group reserves the right to resell or dismantle for parts, to recoup any costs. Goods may also be disposed of.

Warranty Customers

Please list any modifications undertaken to the Hardware or any hardware repairs completed in the past for this Apple product. Please sign the declaration below and list any modifications if applicable. Service Parts are new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
