Connect NZ’s fully manned Network Operation Centre (NOC) is located in Auckland and Wellington for redundancy purposes.

Your service desk or customers have access to our NOC team day and night. Our Management Services customers know that the responsibility for the pro-active management of their network is in the hands of the NOC team, whilst support service customers can be assured that should there be a problem there is a real person with the correct skills is there to assist

Our highly experienced Service Desk team can be found working in our Network Operations Centre (NOC). We provide our partners and their customers with a single point of contact for all service related issues to be reported on a centralised, skilled Service Desk.

They provide a professional service dedicated to logging your incident to ensure the most suited resource is allocated to getting your network, device or Audio Visual room back up and running. The Service Desk team is also committed to give you updates from progression of incidents right through to resolution. Our secure Networks Operation Centre can monitor and manage your ICT Infrastructure remotely 24X7,

  • First Line NOC Engineers; All First Line NOC Engineers are experienced, multi-vendor and have a broad capability of all supported network products.
  • NOC Consultants; The team members hold the highest level of certification from Connect NZ’s vendors and on average have 10 years’ experience of dealing with networking, audio visual and unified comms products. The team members all have broad networking skills, as well individual specialisations such as Video Conferencing, IP Telephony, AV Automated Control systems, Document and Cloud based products.
  • The NOC team are supported by our Field Service Engineers; All Field Service Engineers have multi-vendor skills and carry out all field based duties such as conducting audits, carrying out on site diagnostic thought to hardware replacement and restoration of service.
