Call us on 0800 112 333 or fill out our online form, if you would like us to arrange collection via courier of your unit requiring repair. We can email you a PDF of the courier ticket, or send you a 'collection pack' with a custom made, high impact box and packaging.
Proof of purchase must be supplied or confirmed before any warranty repairs will commence.
Any faults detected that are not covered under the "Manufacturer's Warranty" terms and conditions will incur the minimum billing rate. Any further chargeable work will only be carried out
