Our Repair Process
Our aim is to make the repair process as easy and pain free as possible. We provide job tracking during each step via email and SMS(Txt) or both. Our staff will also ensure you are kept informed throughout. We also offer various delivery and collection options.
You can drop the device off to one of our repair centres in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch or you can contact us . We will then arrange collection. We will include packaging and a free courier ticket to make everything simple and go off without a hitch.
A qualified and experienced technician then completes a thorough assessment of the unit. Reporting on both warranty and non-warranty issues and providing a complete repair report, with options and quotations. No surprises or hidden fees.
Once a customer gives authority, parts are ordered and the unit is repaired with complete care and attention to detail. All functions are then tested and a final checklist completed.
