Connect NZ employs a dedicated team of Service Co-ordination Centre (SCC) staff that are trained to assist all our customers regardless of the technology they own. This SCC team provides a 100% real time, customer to engineer interaction environment to minimise the confusion, and maximise the availability of your technology.
Our nationwide service capability includes 65 engineers equipped to support your business wherever you may be in New Zealand. These engineers can provide a range of services from a casual call when you need us, through to a fully managed 24/7 service contract.
